Anti-mandate, yet pro informed choice, Orange County Deputy DA died at age 46 from apparent complications from Covid.
Many social media and legacy media reports about Kelly Ernby, 46 dying from Covid complications are being widely circulated.
According to NBC Los Angeles, “She was gardening, a blood clot took her life. She was not in the hospital suffering from COVID, [Don Wagner, an Orange County supervisor] said.”
Her husband blames her death on her not getting vaccinated according to the NY Post. He also wrote something to that effect—but have not verified—on his Facebook post about her death. It’s very common for spouses to be angry at their dead spouse for something he or she did or didn’t do.
There are zero omniscient spouses.
Blood clots are a known complication from Covid, but also consider anyone at any age can get a blood clot and die from it. Even worse than death, to me, is a stroke. There are a lot people at risk for blood clots due to hormone replacement therapy (HRT), birth control, smoking, sitting too long, and more. Anticoagulants (aka ‘blood thinners’ [I dislike that term]) are doing a brisk business.
Blood clots are also a known side effect of the Covid vaccines.
TTS [Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome causes blood clots in large blood vessels and low platelets] is an extremely rare but increasingly recognized serious adverse event related to unusual sites of thromboembolism, such as cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) or abdominal thromboses (splanchnic, mesenteric or portal vein), all of which are associated with thrombocytopenia. ‘CVST with thrombocytopenia’ is a rare subtype of cerebrovascular accident, with an incidence of 5.0 per million in those receiving Vaxzevria and 4.1 per million in those receiving mRNA based vaccines, and the prevalence is three times greater in younger to middle aged women (mean age 35)
TTS is rare AND you can’t test whether or not you’re at risk of any of the rare and horrible side effects BEFORE you have these products injected into your corporeal form. So whether or not you in particular will get a blood clot or any other rare side effect is a moot consideration in my opinion. All we have to go on is our own discernment. That’s it. We live, die or become permanently disabled from the consequences of our decisions.
Death from complications from Covid is a determination by the coroner. It’s quite possible that she or he made that determination, but haven’t actually read that in the two articles I’ve read. I have no time to look further. Let’s say that it is an official manner of death. So what? Consider another California death where official manner of death was filed as “undetermined” for a 15-year-old Santa Rosa boy who died within 48 hours of getting his second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

After extensive research, additional testing, and collaboration with numerous other entities, the cause of death was determined to be: “STRESS CARDIOMYOPATHY WITH PERIVASCULAR CORONARY ARTERY INFLAMMATION (hours to days), due to, UNKNOWN ETIOLOGY IN SETTING OF RECENT PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINATION (days).” There were no other significant conditions contributing to the death listed.
Yeah, holy shit. Then the coroner goes on to list the manner of death as “Undetermined.”
